Our projects division can plan, manage and install your installation in house using the latest design and CAD systems. All our work is completed to all relevant SEMA guidelines and EN standards leaving you safe in knowledge that your racking is safe and fit for purpose.
STANDARD PALLET RACKING
The most common form of pallet storage, normally fed by a reach or counter balance truck.
NARROW AISLE PALLET RACKING
Narrow Aisle pallet racking is the space-saving option if floor space is limited: maximum storage capacity, fast accessability to every pallet and quick order-picking straight from the racking.
DRIVE IN PALLET RACKING – DEEPSTOR
P90 Drive-in racking is ideal for storing large quantities of the same type of goods: your existing space can be used up to 90% more effectively with Drive-in racking compared to standard, conventional pallet storage systems.
PUSH BACK RACKING – ROLLERS
Push Back pallet racking is particularly suitable for bulk goods that can be stored on pallets according to the Last in – First out (LIFO) principle.
PUSH BACK RACKING – CARTS
Push-Back racking provides high-density live storage where quick and easy access to loads is required within your warehouse. Pallets are loaded into the system on telescopic trolleys (carts) , each trolley being pushed back into the rack by the incoming pallet.
PALLET FLOW RACKING
Pallet Flow racking, otherwise known as Pallet Live Storage, is suitable for FIFO (First In First Out) storage of goods with a high rate of turnover and fast access to goods is required, but utilises up to 60% less space than a conventional pallet racking warehouse.
